Fitness Centre
Alive & Well is a 9,000 sq ft gym and fitness facility. This Health and Fitness Centre provides the opportunity to exercise and relax in a friendly and warm environment. Large air conditioned gymnasium with top quality high specification fitness equipment, spa pool, steam room and sauna.

The Centre has a wide variety of food available for both breakfast and lunch. They have everything available from 3 course lunches to a deli style sandwich bar.
Health Centre
Health in Business was opened in November 2002, and is a purpose built medical centre, who can produce a tailor made occupational health programme to fit both your short and long term needs.
Nursery
A new 6,000 sq ft purpose built nursery facility operated by the busy Nought to Fives. St. Nicholas House as it will be known has been designed to accommodate up to 120 children.
