IT Helpdesk Technician - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, East Midlands. My client, a company with multiple sites throughout the UK, is looking for an experienced IT support technician who would be involved in indentifying and rectifying computer and Networking issues with customers and engineers. You would also need to connect remotely to client’s networks to assess and resolve problems. You need to have experience of administration and trouble-shooting Windows Client & Server OS. In addition you need to have experience in Windows 2000/2003, SBS 2000/2003 networks, Exchange Server 2000/2003 administration and trouble shooting. Furthermore you need to have experience in Office and Outlook configuration, knowledge of VPN / Firewall Technologies, TCP/IP based networking, knowledge of Anti Virus solutions etc. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market leader and to work in an exiting varied role.
