Training admin and co-ordination of training events for a client in the banking sector in Paddington. Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain the schedule of learning events
•Book delegates onto learning events
•Send out joining instructions to all delegates
•Confirms delegate bookings to Departmental Heads (if required)
•Confirm course dates to the Training Project Manager in order that training resource can be booked
•Telephone all users approx 1 day before attendance of learning event (except seminars) to confirm attendance
•Manage changes to event bookings
•Issue attendance lists to trainers on a daily basis
•Assist in the preparation of evaluation reports for review
•Monitor learning events so that courses are always fully utilised, therefore reducing the cost per head
•Inform the relevant customer contact of non-attendance of delegates
•Constantly review evaluation feedback and raise any issues to the Training Project Manager
•Reschedule users who miss their learning event
•Ordering stationary/managing stock levels/ordering equipment
•General admin
•Assist the Training Project Manager
•Booking rooms for business as usual/training
•Managing training events

**German speaking Helpdesk contract ** Our client an IT services company need additional 1st line helpdesk agents for thier customer in High Wycombe they have 14000 users in the UK germany and France, they have a need for 2 german fluent speaking helpdesk agents to ASAP for a 12 month contract.
German Language ability is key and it must be your native tongue or first language. The company operate 8 hour shifts as they support the business between the hours of 6.00am to 9.00pm so they have early and late shifts around usual business hours . The technical environment is Microsoft Office 2007 with mainly Outlook 2007 the helpdesk queries, come in via inbound phone calls, by email or service requests. You would need to have at least 6 month knowledge of call logging and 1st line support know how. You ideally will have service desk know-how operating under SLA's or ITIL that would be very beneficial. The majority of the incidents are related to password resets and deal with outlook email queries. You are required to take ownership of the call and logg it and have it escalated to the appropriate area if it isnt able to be sorted in the first call.
