This is an excellent opportunity for an HTML / PHP / SQL / CSS Web Developer available with my client, Europe’s largest independent document solutions provider. Their Group Marketing Department are looking for a dynamic individual, to be responsible for the administration and development of company websites including overall structure, linkage and future web strategy plans. With 1500 plus staff in 37 locations including Ireland and America, your brief will include improving intranet usage and encouraging each department to become responsible for the content of their section.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
· Report regularly on web usage.
· Investigate various aspects of web and e-commerce, ie ad words and search engine optimising.
· Supporting the marketing team with HTML email development and other web related issues.
· Liaise with in-house designers and the IT Department on specific projects where necessary.
· Responsibility for the introduction and development of newer technologies and platforms such as Social Media, as required.
Applicants for this role will need to display excellent web-based development, PHP, SQL, CSS skills, basic ASP and an extensive knowledge of HTML programming, plus have a broad interest in Social Media vehicles.

The role: We are looking for dynamic and self motivated IT Communications Lead Consultant to work closely with customers on national and global IT projects. The role requires a Communications Lead who is a subject matter expert in communicating project strategies to large stakeholder groups.
You will:
o Coordinate internal and external programs
o Handle Communications for the Stakeholder community
o Develop and execute communications plans, message, target audience, timing and content
o Create communications proposals, plans, providing strategic direction to creative team, writing creative briefs, and managing message timing and client expectations
o Brand and Identity development
o Implement Best Practices and adhere to defined policies and procedures as well as contractual obligations
o Write and present communication plans and creative briefs
o Responsible for creative aspects of project communications across variety of formats i.e emails/newsletter/web sites/flash movies/webinars etc
o Responsible for all copy throughout the pre-production and production phases to ensure accuracy of content, flow, grammar, spelling, and campaign tonality

We are looking for a Training consultant to support our business engagement and live project on the use of intranet and collaborative tools . We are looking for a creative candidate who can bring insight and advice to the role as well as deliver face to face training as required. You will also be key in leading the communications to the wider organisation around this project and the business benefits it promotes.
This role will be working with an established consultative team within the organisation dealing with various in house internet type applications. You will have responsibility for going out within the wider organisation in a consultative role to facilitate and assist teams and individuals in understanding the benefits of using a set of existing tools in a particular manner. You will be involved in delivering both technical and non technical solutions to internal staff where required via a range of different training mediums promoting the benefits and capabilities of the tools as well as internal best practice.
You will need to build close working relationships within the organisation and have the ability to adapt your approach and delivery style to meet the needs of the different audiences. You will be required to define the requirements of the solution and then use the tools available to help you deliver inspirational and innovative training solutions.
Candidates need excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills, be self motivated with a good knowledge of collaborative tools/internet technologies. Knowledge of creating imaginative project communications essential. Further training will be provided to enable you to promote how to use and configure the relevant applications for candidates with the right pre existing technical capabilities.
The successful applicant will be required to go through detailed security vetting prior to commencement of this engagement, this will delay start date by around 6 weeks. Applicants must be British citizens to be considered for this role. |
