Duties will include -

Technical Document Imaging Officer. Bromley, Kent. My client are currently expanding to meet the growing demand for there services and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide support for 10 Anite and 1 Eistream document imaging systems with a view to maximising systems availability and ensuring their smooth running. An experienced Application Technical Officer is required. You must have good understanding of electronic data management systems and/or database principles. You will also have a good understanding of a database query language, preferably within a SQL Server environment and have exposure to a reporting application such as Crystal/Access Reports Responsibilities for this role include: Fault investigation, resolution and reporting. Liaison with 3rd Party software suppliers and users on systems issues. Testing, evaluation and liaison for system upgrades and new software releases. Database queries, amendments and housekeeping. Maintenance and creation of document templates. Extracting information from databases via SQL. You will need an appropriate level of knowledge and experience of: Electronic Data Management Systems and/or a good understanding of Database principles and database query language, especially SQL preferably within a SQL Server environment. Exposure to a reporting application such as Crystal/Access Reports. Able to work with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness. It would beneficial if you have an understanding of Housing and Council Tax Benefits, Council Tax or NNDR Legislation. Knowledge of Academy Information Systems or Sx3 iWorld with general Unix knowledge. |
