Surrey required to join a leading international business intelligence software solutions house & Oracle partner. This role will see you providing technical support ( Helpdesk) troubleshooting & providing advice on customer problems on software or installation & configuration, troubleshooting using remote access & other tools, In house testing of developed products, installation & configuration of software,, provide customer training in-house & onsite, develop training material & end user documentation and gradually being involved in systems development as you build your skills. You will ideally be degree educated with a good educational background (3 * - A levels C or higher) , with a demonstrable grasp of OO - object oriented programming and RDBMS relational database's such as Oracle Mysql or DB2 or other SQL db's, be a quick learner and strong initiative to acquire skills.
