They are looking for an Application Support Team Specialist to support a very high profile IT project for a well known UK company. The application will run on Red Hat Linux and IBM's AIX so UNIX knowledge and experience is mandatory. The application middleware will be JBoss Application Server so excellent knowledge and experience in configuration and administration is vital. Previous experience with SQL is also anadvantage. There are also other bespoke application components involved in the project so good general analytical and problem determination skills are required as well as a sound background in all IT principles and architectures (especially web based applications).
