Project Manager - Insurance Services - Lincoln, East Midlands. You will: maintain a change project to deliver business benefits; manage stakeholders' needs and expectations, using influencing and negotiation skills, and gaining their buy-in; manage the financial benefit/budget equation; control project initiation and close down; manage schedule and resource dependencies and conflict between projects; initiate management actions in response to high quality reports (based on achievement, productivity and risk); use practice project management techniques; articulate information clearly and concisely via meetings, presentations and workshops to colleagues at all levels, including Board members; manage project uncertainty and risk tolerances; plan the work of the project and monitor performance; report project status and prognosis. You will be degree educated or similar, have knowledge of project methodologies, and sources of project complexity, you will be Prince 2 Practitioner or PMI qualified, have knowledge of financial accounting, have experience of IT and Business (Change) projects, ability to work on cross-functional multi-tasked projects, managing internal and external relationships, business analysis experience.
