You will be fluent in German (or Italian, French or Spanish) and English, with excellent communication skills and good experience of providing technical support to customers. Ideally you will have strong experience with:Microsoft Operating Systems and Server Platforms such as Win2k, Win2k3, win2k8; Excellent knowledge of MS SQL and/ or oracle;Experience querying data; Experience of report writing (using Business Objects, MS Access, etc.); Experience of working in a software house; Experience of ODBC; Good working experience of Web Server Technologies and Web Applications, etc. Also, any professional certifications such as MCP, MCDBA, OCA, ITIL, VCP, CLA/CLE would also be highly advantageous, but not essential.
