Our client a major Bluie Chip Engineering company in Derby are currently moving thier Serrvice management support environment to follow ITIL guidelines and they require the services of a contract senior experienced Incident and problem manager for an initial term of 6 months. You will be required to be involved in the set up and initial running of an ITIL incident and problem function. The processes will already be defined, and this role will involve running this function and ensuring the processes are embedded into the organization. There will be an element of service improvement needed in the early stages of the contract. Towards the end of the assignment role, it will involve handing over this function to a permanent employee and ensuring they are up to speed to continue successful running of these areas Qualifications / skills: ITIL incident, Problem and Change Management – either at practitioner or management level Experience in running ITIL functions to company processes and procedures Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
