Wireless / Mobile Application Technical Support Engineer; Surrey; To join a leading global mission critical mobile, wireless communications and secure communications systems. As Technical Support Engineer you be responsible for the maintenance of mobile network test systems for clientele. You will provide 1st or 2nd line support either via phone, email, remote access to the customers systems or occasional site visits. You will have technical knowledge of wireless data technologies such as (GSM, GPRS, 3G, HSPA), good knowledge of mobile applications such as WAP, MMS, SMS, Video Telephony and Video Streaming, Experience with Internet technologies and applications protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP and POP3, demonstrable knowledge of MS Windows Platform and database's.
